Content Management

Content management consists of 3 main components:

  • Playlists
  • Planning
  • Media

Simply put, the Playlists are used to determine which content should be displayed and the Planning is used to determine which playlist is displayed on the screen at what time. The Media tab contains the library of images for use in SetDisplay.

Placing the first content:

To place the first content, it is recommended to start with the initial setup of the media library (images) and only then to start creating a first playlist.

Multiple playlists can be composed, whereby the user is free to build this up according to his own insight and according to his own system. For example, a basic playlist can be used that is displayed daily and alternated as desired with, for example, a playlist for certain actions or offers. In addition, it is possible to create a separate playlist to welcome people, etc. The system can contain a large number of different playlists.

Of course, existing playlists can also be adjusted. As an example, it is possible to place a different image in an existing playlist or to display a different welcome text.

The system will immediately apply the change to the associated screen.
