Content – Image

In addition to a welcome text or website address, Setdisplay offers the option of showing images as well.

In order to include an image in the playlist, it is important that one or more images are first placed in the media library. Uploading one or more images to the media library is described in the article Media.

If there is a new playlist, the content can be placed directly; if there is an existing playlist (for example because a text line has already been created, see also (Content - Template)), an additional playline can be added via the "Add playline" button.

In the example above, a third line has been created (#3).

To place an image as content, use the light gray image icon: this will change color after clicking to confirm.

In the next column, under the heading "Content", the content itself can be placed via the “no image” icon.

A second screen opens showing (as thumbnails) the images uploaded via the “Media” tab.

Double click on the desired image and the playlist will be displayed again. The selected image will be displayed as a thumbnail in the line.

Adjust the duration of the line so that the line is shown with the desired time. (For details about the duration, see also Content - Template).

Change order:

Now that there is a third line in the above example, one or more arrows are also automatically shown.

The order of the lines can be changed using the arrow(s).

Change image:

At any time, the selected image can be replaced by another image from the media library. To do this, click on the thumbnail image in the relevant playline and the media library will open to select the correct or another image. The other settings remain unchanged.
